The M1X Makes for Ultimate Living

The M1X were approached by Barnes Homes to completely modernise and simplify their branding and corporate identity in order to market the business more effectively and efficiently.

Barnes Homes’ primary goal is to create sustainable, enjoyable surroundings, with designs of environmentally friendly housing that could potentially minimise waste by the installation of water recycling systems and energy saving technologies. Barnes Homes’ involvement with their customers extends well beyond simply building new homes and The M1X has incorporated this into their promotional strategies.

Barnes Homes are not your average property developers and the M1X have used this fact to re-brand and update the Barnes name.

The M1X started by successfully re-designing the logo, strap line “Ultimate Living” and signage, to a simple, contemporary, light grey and black design. A brand new website that includes beautifully produced photographs of the new and previous developments, plans of the properties available and a design option section, allows buyers to choose from a number of extras when purchasing their new home. These include landscape gardening, installation of energy saving devices such as solar panels and water recycling units, or integrated Wi Fi technology throughout. The M1X also produced brand new full colour brochures, to be used for promotions and public relations. These are complete with photographs, plans and interior design options
